646php Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

By accessing or using any part of the 646php platform — including the website at 646php.app, any associated mobile browser interface, or any game or betting service offered through the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the member) and 646php. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register an account, make any deposit, place any bet, or use any service offered by 646php.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 646php or its associated game or payment service providers.

During registration, 646php will collect your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and contact details. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. 646php reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a valid government-issued ID and proof of address — to verify your identity at any time.

Each individual may hold only one active 646php account. If multiple accounts are identified for the same individual, 646php will close the duplicate accounts. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with accounts determined to have been opened in violation of this rule may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 646php account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 646php will never ask you for your full password by phone, email, or chat.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Allowing a third party to access or use your 646php account is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension or closure.

If you believe your 646php account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately via email at support@646php.app or through the in-platform live chat. 646php will investigate all reported unauthorised access cases and may place a temporary hold on the account pending review.

646php implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the platform. However, 646php cannot be held responsible for security breaches that arise from your own device being compromised, from your sharing of credentials, or from your use of public or unsecured networks.

All financial transactions on 646php are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your 646php wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the same banking day during normal banking hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time). 646php does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within the same banking day if requested before 3:00 PM Philippine Time on a regular banking day. 646php does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your account and that is registered in your own name.

646php reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if account verification has not been completed. In these cases, the support team will notify you of the reason for the delay and the steps required to resolve it.

646php offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made or displayed in the 646php promotions section.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 646php promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be specified per offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire automatically at the end of this period.
